Simone Biles wears a Green Bay Packers jacket to her husband’s game as a Bears safety player! Biles’ husband is a safety on the Bears playing for the NFL. Simone Biles posted this picture on Instagram with her wearing the oversized Green Bay Packers Jacket which is a big red flag when it comes to the football culture since the Green Bay Packers and the Bears have had a deep-rivalry that goes all the way back to 1921. 

 According to Page Six ,Jonathan Owens plays on the Bears as of now back in 2023 he used to play with the Green Bay packers which is a pretty big change and a fresh trade since it was only last year. Jonathan owens has given feedback from the game and states that Simone wearing the jacket to a Bears pre-season game as “wasn’t intentional”

“Personally I would be weirded out because why would my boyfriend or husband come to my game with the rival’s jersey on?” said Junior Taft student Anna Polan

Jonathan Owens’ former team does not go down with Bears fans. Just like Jonathan was a regular at Simone’s gymnast events . Simone also intended his former team games (The packers) regularly and even had a custom jacket made with Jonathan’s jersey number thirty – four imprinted on it. 

“I think Biles is in the wrong because what if her husband had taken offense to this and just in general it is a wrong thing to do.” Said by Junior Taft student Anna Polan
